Before you start

Prepare sample collection.

Good sample collection avoids contamination, reduces the need for a new sample and increases the quality of the DNA. In just a few minutes, you can prepare, collect and send it, without leaving home.

Clean your hands well

Only handle the kit after cleaning and drying your hands.

30 minutes before sample collection

Do not eat, drink, smoke, brush your teeth or use mouthwash.

Identify your sample collection

Attach the label with your name and date of birth to the tube.

Fill out and sign

Complete and sign the consent form sent with the kit.

Takes up to five minutes

  1. 01 Rod being passed on the inside of the cheek

    Rub the inside of each cheek ten times.

  2. 02 Tube cap being unscrewed

    Unscrew the tube cap.

  3. 03 Lid positioned upside down

    Turn the lid upside down.

  4. 04 Closed tube being shaken

    Screw on tightly and shake the tube ten times.

After sample collection

Check before sending.

A quick check helps maintain sample traceability and avoids processing delays.

  1. Make sure the tube is labeled with your name.

  2. Insert the bag with the tube inside the box.

  3. Add the completed and signed term.
